Doesn't look like dinos, but hard to see for sure through all the cloudy water.
The cloudiness could be from a bacterial bloom.

Was pretty sure it was a bacterial bloom, happened a few days after shrimp shed its clutch of eggs.

Is it possible to identify what the stuff on the rocks is?

I'll need a clearer picture of the rocks.
Is the stuff brown in color? Does it get worse during the day then goes away at night? Does it look like "snot" with bubbles?

The cloudiness is something else, but from what I can see on the rocks, I’d say no to Dinos.

Does not get worse at night.

The best way I can describe it is like the images Im afraid. There are bubbles dotted through.
Getting clearer images might not be possible for me to be honest, I wouldn't know how.

Still yet to have any ID on what this is.
