The melanarus will out compete any other fish for pods. If you can control nutrients, you can add more fish.

That was my thought too.The melanarus will out compete any other fish for pods. If you can control nutrients, you can add more fish.
Nope, that’s my DT. This short clip was taken not long after the 4 yellows were introduced. Things have mellowed out since. A couple days of chaos and it’s calm again. That tank posted looks just terrible and I hope it is just a sale tank at a LFS or something that is temporary. It gives me anxiety to look at. There is a difference between a heavily stocked with fish taking up different spaces in a tank then a bunch of tangs swimming small circles in a small tank bumping noses.
I think you have room for more, its more about space than bioload. Especially since your fish are on the smaller side. I think some sand dwelling gobies like shrimp gobies or a jawfish would work nicely!
I hope you’re not serious...Nope, that’s my DT. This short clip was taken not long after the 4 yellows were introduced. Things have mellowed out since. A couple days of chaos and it’s calm again.
Glad you like it.
I am. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. I like my tank to have more fish. They are all fully QT’d by me and fat and happy. I’ve even got a pair of blennies that spawn constantly in this tank. And I plan to add more. At least a couple sand sifting gobies but maybe more. Not a single fish is being beat up in there. If that changes I’ve already constructed an entire fish shed in my backyard to move fish to. (Click on my build thread badge)I hope you’re not serious...
