Hey y'all I have been feeding about a nickel size piece of Reef Frenzy to my 29g cube with 2 fat clowns and a midas blenny in it. I do it once per day.

Does they sound like a sufficient or too much food?

More importantly I always see it recommended that I use a varied diet of quality foods. I know Reef Frenzy has alot of different stuff in it. Is Reef Frenzy considered a quality varied diet? Or should I be switching between it and another food every other day etc.

Thanks!

Generally you want to feed whatever the fish will eat in 3-5 minutes. Anything more than that, it's probably to much.
Reef Frenzy is indeed a good quality food. To keep a balanced diet, you can feed a good quality pellet like New Life Spectrum occasionally.

Fat fish are healthy fish! I feed my fish "Fish Frenzy (Frozen)" and high quality flakes.

I always assumed flakes and pellets were a lesser food then a frozen food so unless I needed to I would always do frozen.

Guess I’ll look into some different dry foods out there.

Is fish frenzy much different then reef frenzy?

Do you have any tangs? If you do I would suggest getting some dry seaweed and a clip so you can attach it the tank and the tangs can graze on it.

You dont have to have dry foods, I just find it easier to feed with flakes.

The only difference between reef frenzy and fish frenzy is that reef frenzy can feed corals, fish, inverts while fish frenzy only feeds fish and inverts. I feed my corals reef roids.
