Does this look like Dinos? I've got a couple of small patches of cyani that have popped up of over the past few days.. Nitrates are at 18-20. Phosphate 0.08.

Could well be, test if they reconstitute after being siphoned out and confirm with microscope.

Looks like it but confirm it with microscope as you will need to know what treatment you need to apply base on the stain you have.
