My levels are

Calcium : 360ppm
Alk: 214.8ppm
Nitrate: 0 ppm
Ammonia: 0ppm
Phosphate: 0.25 ppm
What do I have to work on to get some coral in my tank??

what kind of corals are you looking to keep and what kind of lighting do you have... Personally I would want my alk down, phos down, and calcium up... I am sure others will follow with better advice as well :-)

How do I do that??

Let the levels drift down. No dosing, no water changes for a week or more, well no dosing at all.

You can get some easy corals for sure. More important values for your current tank age are SG and temp. Work on keeping those consistent with easy corals and then advance to more difficult stony corals.

I would start with some Corallimorphs/Mushrooms.

You can add corals like Xenia and Sinularia if your end goal is to have a soft coral tank.

water changes will help with phos... will help with alk, and you can add calc if still needed... you can lower phos with some kind of phosphate reactor/GFO ... where is your water coming from right now? lfs, making it, ocean? or do nothing and let things drop naturally

Ok I won't do a water change in a week or so and check my numbers again and yeah I might go get some mushrooms to start
