Am I SOL on this Hydra 26?

Picked up a Hydra 26 HD from an LFS that was using it on a Red Sea demo tank. I plan(ned?) on using it for a new build, so I just tested it once to make sure it would connect to the app and worked right, and it did. This was last week.

So today I went to turn it on to test different heights, and it came on fine, but I accidentally pulled the power source from the light itself. Not the plug from the outlet, but the L piece that plugs into the back of the light from the light itself. When I reconnected it, I got a red blinking light and a very quiet beeping noise.

Given that the light was from a store’s model, I’m thinking its been longer than a year and is out of warranty. Either way, today is Friday and Ai support isn’t open till Monday. In the meanwhile, does anyone have any ideas? I (think) I did the reset with no luck. Did I just throw my money down the drain?
 
My AI did that once. I tried everything but eventually had to send it in to them to fix.

I would unplug it and let it sit for a bit. When plug it back hold the red reset button for a while. See if that resets it. Also try unplug and replug and see if you can connect. If nothing works go to the AI site and put the AI request in.

Maybe someone else will come along and have some other ideas
