I purchased a $29.99 aquarium 4 fan cooling fan from amazon and was amazed at how effective it was.
My tank has always been running between 81-82 degrees with my home always being set at 78 degrees
I installed this fan last night and this morning I woke up to find the tank down to 76degrees
The fans are installed in my canopy blowing across the water of my 4ft 90G tank
Simply amazed at the result, i have since turned the fan down to the low setting to hopefully hover around 78 degrees but glad to have solved this problem with only a fan and not an expensive, noisy chiller!
Below is the link to the fans i purchased!
