Just want to give a shout out to AI customer service. A week ago one of my AI Hydra 26 HD's that has only been in operation for 6 months randomly went out. The fan started making a humming noise and the light would not reset. I contacted AI via email, explained the problem, and they are shipping out a brand new light no questions asked. Total turnaround from contact to them sending out a new light was 2 days. Very speedy customer service and appreciate them taking care of me even though the original purchase date of the light was 7/2017. I hadn't set up my tank/lights until 02/2018 so they took that into account. Thank you AI!
