Amazon brand sediment filters

Anyone ever tried the Amazon line of sediment filters for their RODI systems?

I pay $6 a piece for the ones off bulk reef but I saw these on Amazon and wondered the quality.

In my experience amazon has always had great customer service (prime member). If I buy a product I am questionable on and it doesn't perform as advertised, I have no problem getting a full refund. Most of the time I even get to keep the product I bought.

I say order it and test your water with it. If it is good then you just found a cheap replacement. If it is bad then contact customer service via chat and they will make it right. When it comes time for me to replace my RODI cartridges that is what I will be doing.

How were your TDS readings? Any different from reef brand ones?

I'm currently using those sediment filters and don't have an issues with them either.

No, no significant difference after initial flushing.

Probably not much difference than the BRS ones. It’s not like BRS is a RODI company specializing in making their own resins and such… they just buy in bulk and slap their name on it.

I have had zero trouble with ebay and Amazon ro membranes. Good as any other brand
