Does anyone recommend feeding their corals with reefroids and an amino acid and if so which one?

I don't personally feed amino acids since all the proteins we input cover the spectrum perfectly

They're used in color tuning sps systems i read, but mainly redundant in a normal setting

When humans intake more than the required amino acids they store them as excess glycogen in muscle mass, it's not helping anabolism to be redundant these biosystems get what they need off complete feeds. I bet there's a breakpoint in reef physiology where no more aminos are uptaken vs what's needed and the rest goes to fuel algae as breakdown ammonia eventually, nitrogen

Reef roids very good feed

I have a mainly Lps, softie, Zoa Dominant tank. I feed Reef Roids and Dr G’s Amino acid. I used Fuel for awhile w ok results but I really can tell the day after a dose of Aminos. Zoa’s and Paly’s especially. Super colorful and grow very well

There are good points either way. It's worth a try for yourself to see what you think. I've been thinking of trying the LPS amino acid from KZ.

I’ve been happy with roids so far. I make a paste and target feed it to all corals once every two or three days. Almost everything sucks it right down. I have noticed some tend to vomit it out undigested quite quickly. I think it’s actually from over eating, so I’m trying to feed less to each polyp, but it’s something to look out for. Apparently they will readily ingest more roids then they can digest.

I use a capful of Acropower at least once a week. I think it has a positive affect but nothing concrete to prove that.
