What’s is a good amino acid to start dosing to my tank I have lps softies zoas torches hammers a clam and a couple of sps but inwill be adding more sps In The near future

Brightwell coral amino is a pretty popular one. If you want more than just aminos, Fuel and Reef Energy are pretty popular.

Probably will not see any difference dosing AA unless you are fine tuning coral growth or colour, and even then the difference they could make is subtle.

Around week 7 I noticed better coloration using only 15 drops which is .7 ml.
I use Elos omega.
I am now dosing only .5ml a day now. This is way less than the recommended dose.
My tank had good color and is very stable. It took about 7 weeks to notice the change as my wife said "did you do something to the lights everything looks brighter" but it does seem to work at least on my system.
I just noticed that it brought the green out on the tips of this digi.
They had been brownish forever.
Just took this one.

Despite all the hype they really only make a difference if you are lacking nutrients. If you already have enough thru regular feeding or not exporting out excessive amounts they don't do much...no matter how great every 3rd person tells you the miracle they performed. That being said I recommend seachem fuel if you want to throw something at it mainly because its more broad spectrum having amino acids, fatty acids and vitamins etc.

IMO, there's no magic elixir to do that , unless the corals are nutrient starved.
I agree on the no magic for color and growth.
However, their was a noticable overall increase in color in my corals.
My 120 has 14 fish and I feed around 8 cubes a day.
If your tank is stable and has decent colors AA may help bring them out, imo.

I'm dosing Red Sea Energy AB+ mostly because my system isn't mature yet and I have two corals from my old tank that I want to ensure they get some nutrients. I think of it as broadcast feeding that supplements the normal fish food and waste.
