Ammonia alert badge

well my tank is fully cycled and doing swell. No ammonia, nitrites and very little nitrates after everything settled down. But my dang badge keeps going between yellow and light green. Like it doesn’t know what to do and all my tests are 0. I’m thinking about just throwing it out

Any ideas?

Api and yes with prime it was getting false positives but since the tank cycled i get yellowish. I don’t fully trust either kit

I would trust the badge. Api test kits are inaccurate in my experience

I had my blue lights on today and when i left for the gym i put on my whites and i noticed the badge was tuning yellow


Hmmmmmmm i do recall people saying the badges are sensitive to light
