Ammonia is still barely Readable?

My nitrites are at 0 completely unreadable, while my ammonia is at like .1 still barely readable, and its been that way for a couple days, anyone know why that could be happening?

Api and rea sea both show readings very low, tank is a month old but last week was showing 0 ammonia

API is famous for showing a low reading at zero. Red Sea generally gives a true zero. Having a previous zero and then go up is strange.

It could be a reading mistake on my part, red sea is yellowish I cant really tell, its very close to 0.
