Ammonium Chloride Sanitizer

I am looking at starting a phyto harvesting set up. Everything needs to be clean and sterile. I have access to a product called QT3 and can get it very cheaply. The main ingredients are ammonium chlorides. If I spray a surface down with it and allow it to air dry will it be safe to use? Is there a possibility of residue? TIA

The ammonia in ammonium chloride will not all evaporate. Wiping it down with a wet rag should remove it.
