I have a maroon clown that's hosted to a anomone, sometimes he seems to go a little wild in it, like thrashing around, is this normal

The caveat I should have mentioned relates to the size of the duo. A very large clown being hosted by a very small anemone can put stress on the nem. Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it.
