I cycled my 100 gal for 10 weeks. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks, now my amonia is a 2.0, nitrate at1 and lps are not happy. any advice how to bring levels down? water changes? amino lock?

Has anything died in there recently? How many fish have been added? Frequent small water changes will help bring it down but Id like to know what caused it in the first place.

I have 2 clowns, 1 cardinal, 1 fox face, and 1 goby. one small acan died. Someone told me it might be sponges on live rock i transfered over from my 50 gal. I moved about 30lbs of rock and coral from my 50 gal. No fish died, but corals are definately not happy.
