Why did my amonia raise after wc?

Did you stir the sand bed? It’s possible something was in the sand that is now in the water, and will hopefully settle. You should probably do another water change. What precisely are your ammonia levels before and after?

0.24 ppm i have nothing but peppermint shrimp 1 turbo snail 6 blue legged crabs in it

That is strange. Coulda been a false read. Did you try again?
Also, is there no coral? Do you notice anything missing or different? Perhaps there was a die off in a Frag or colony.

That’s probably it then. Much probably died and is now producing ammonia. It should be taken care of by your cuc then.

Ill test it again but i dont see nothing missing

I have no amonia now it had to be when i disturbed the sand
