I've seen various flow recommended for Seagel, from passive to 300 GPH, in googling.
Any recommendations?

It's easy enough for me to make a small module with airline tubing and a plastic bottle for trickle flow, or some PVC for a high flow container.
What would you do?

The flow rate does not really matter, except higher brings more "dirty" water into contact with it. But you do not want to pulverize it will crazy high flow. Trickling is not best.

Thanks :)
I bagged it and put it next to my return pump, after the skimmer, so the water should be pretty clean and not gum it up. And there's steady flow across it but not jostling it :)
