Amphipods?

Sorry about the crap-quality pics....Just noticed these today. They're really tiny (egg-crate for scale).
They kinda look like amphipods? I haven't seen them in real life before, so I'm not really sure. Any other ideas? Again, sorry if you can't see them

Do they move in jerks or kind of walk around like a bug would?
if they're amphipods they'll be fine in the tank nothing to be worried about

I'd definitely say they move more bug-like

Wow thanks! Still hard to say 100% for sure, but it definitely seems like those are the same creatures. I think I'll have to assume they are until I can get ahold of some form of magnification.

They could also be munnid isopods.
