A local fish dealers posted this pair with unrefusable price, guessing the other 2 paris much pretty and sold out quickly but no one wanted to buy this pair.
They called this pair as "Amphiprion Thiellei",I don't know if it really is.
Maybe this type has lots of varieties.
But anyway, they are strong and stable, keep asking food after putting them into my tank.
Not that special as photos from the internet but looks not bad.

This species was described by Burgess in 1981. Some people say it is a naturally occurring hybrid, but Fishbase still lists it as a full species.

Most of the ones that I've seen pictures of have white marks on the back. along the dorsal fin and above the caudal peduncle.

Technically not a Theillei, but probably some type of Theillei/Leucokranos hybrid that is missing any sign of white on top.

Any idea where these were colllected? I saw one similar fish one Facebook, but can't remember whose Facebook page.

I've had leuks, white cap .them... not exciting after a while ...black and white clarkii's with orange fins (aus)do more to excite me than any of those so called rare hybrids...to each his own

Good insights and questions,Bali or Philippines I am not very sure about.
But the other 2 pairs must beautiful and looks like photos of Leucokranos,on its faces or back both.Much more white strips. I believe this is why this pair no one buy and finally the shop has to sell with very low price. But anyway, still lovely to me.
