Any one know of an easy way to tap existing plumbing? (With out hacking it up)
To run calcium reactor or GFO ect.

I'm assuming the plumbing is PVC....and if that is the case, you can't get any easier with working with this stuff. Cut out a short section and glue in a tee. Reduce the side tee to a barb fitting and attach the tubing to the reactor. Install a small valve in the tubing to control flow. (You could also glue in a pvc valve to the tee and then to the barb). You can do it.

I know I can, but that wasn't really the question...
So I take it no one has come up with something like a saddle valve that is reef safe...

I would not trust anything but cutting it and installing a "T" like redfishblue fish stated. Never seen or used one like reefing has posted so no help there.

Drill and tap it. I do it all the time. Usually do it into an elbow where the PVC is thicker. Good luck, J

Not a fan of saddle valves.......

Put in a tee, or tap into line at elbow as stated above...

Do it right the first time.
