an id please - random hard coral on rock

sorry for the terrible pic, but its the best i can get lol...

im looking for an id on the bright green thing on the base rock of the gorgonia....
there are a couple of patches of it growing and they are super bright under blue leds..
without moving it all i cant get a better pic

any id help appreciated

There is no way to tell from that pic, plus it looks kind of small to get an accurate id
