Anampses meleagrides - Wounded or disease?

Hi,
I bought a white spotted wrasse yesterday, even though it seemed to have a wound on it.
Otherwise, it was very active swimming and eating.

Today in QT it also ate in the morning, spent the whole day in the sand, and ate now in the evening. ( Feeding mysis soaked in API General Cure)
I think the hole was not there yesterday, is this some kind of disease, and if yes is there a treatment for it?

I would hate to lose this beautiful fish.

Seems the wound is getting smaller but very slowly, but the holes are gone now.
After the last post, I started feeding him baby brine shrimp and live worms.
That really seemed to give him a kick, and he started being very active in the QT.

He now has been in a little over 2 ppm of Copper for a few days and still eating like a champ.
