Hi everyone body my tank is mixed of sps, lps and soft coral but I really want anemone for my clown fish but I've had one before and it kept moving annoying my sps. Any advice should I get another one or not?

Advice please thanks

i wouldn't do it , you already answered your own question :

" I've had one before and it kept moving annoying my sps"

You'd likely be better off starting with the anemones and let them pick a spot. Then build your reef around them. Although they can move again. I never had SPS but did have a few anemones with LPS and Softies with no major problems.

FMF0331 true lol I was hoping someone would tell me there's a anemone that doesn't move or something.
I guess I'll have to leave the anemone

Is there anything else that my clown can host and not annoy sps

Pretty risky I wouldn't chance it. Maybe a fleshy LPS like frogspawn, torch, etc. or long tentacle plate coral? The long tentacle plate can move but is very limited. Can usually solve by surrounding with rocks.

This has worked for me as well. Place the anemone first let it settle and it shouldn't move. Mine red & green stayed in the same place, my friend is looking after it now due to upgrade and it's still on the same rock.
