So after walking around free all my life this guy super glues me to a rock. Can you do that to it, without harm?

No never super glue a Anemone to anything.. they move for a reason normally has to do with too much lighting/flow or not enough... you also shouldnt ever play around with the foot ever unless you plan on relocating it.
