Anemone cancer

Does anybody know what is causing these small nodules to grow on the tentacles of my BTAs? I have a couple of anemones and it's showing up on multiple of them.

My rainbow has a couple tentacles like these, I just thought it was too close to my hammer coral and trying to fit in

Yeah, mine has the same growth. Maybe flow causes it (my guess). Following along to see if anyone knows.
