How long has the tank been setup ? How long have you had the nems ?

Lighting type please and duration of photo-period.

Is this a temperate system?

by the way this is a callifornia coast tank there are mussels in the tank hermit crabs and anemones. temp is around 61 degrees and the salt level 1.026 those levels are fine for the animals but the anemones lost color

Since these are aggregating anemones the bleaching is probably related to a deficit in nutrition. Brine is probably not going to cut it. They are loosing their zooxanthellae, and I can not comment on the lighting because I am not familiar with the fixture but you may have to supplement the lighting. I would try adding some amino acids to the diet and feeding raw meaty sea foods. There is actually a good deal of information on the net regarding aggregating anemones.

It's a nice little temperate tank.

thank you i am copying a tank at monterey bay aqurium

Really light is their main source of energy, you could not spot feed at all w/ proper lighting, but I'm not familiar w/ the light you've built, though I'd guess it may help to have closer to a 10k spectrum.
The darker tan one is pretty typical of what I see locally, some may have some blue or green to them.
Your upper one looks a little bleached, maybe spot feed some mysis to help it recover, 1-2 x per week.

Yeah I agree, 8 hrs w/ main lights and 10 hrs w/my LED strips, hour before and hour after mains for warm up/cool down
