Anemone deteriorating

I have a tank full of anemones all doing well with exception to this guy. He has had his ups and downs for a few months but the last few days it's worsened as you can see in the pictures.

I've read quite a bit on here about potential treatments but wanted to have others view and maybe hear some ideas initially to try and get on top of it...if there is a chance.

Is that the only GBTA of that variety? If yes and the rest are RBTA, I don’t think it will recover by itself while next to the RBTA.

Looks like a bacterial infection. I would separate it into a basket or quarantine if you could.
