Is my anemone dying or pooping?

Hard to tell from the pic... but it just plain looks unhappy.

I placed it in the tank about 4 days ago and it embedded itself into a crevice in the rock. I tried getting it out a few days ago but it was seemingly impossible so i let it be. It was perfectly fine a few hours ago when i got home from work. (Pic attached) and now it’s just completely shriveled up.

just tested my water and my parameters are

salinity:1.024
Alk: 10 dKh
pH: 8.2
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate 5.0 ppm
Calcium: 461
Magnesium: 1271

Are your phosphates high?

I would not worry too much. Getting used to your tank. Check it out in the morning after the lights come on. Report back.

I don’t have anything to measure my phosphates :/
