Bought a bubble anemone so my clown fish would bond with it. Unfortunately, I had a camel shrimp who bonded first. I bought the shrimp assuming it was a peppermint shrimp. Anyways, the shrimp did a number on the bubble anemone. Damage is pretty bad but was looking a bit better this morning with about half scar tissue. Now my clown bonded with it, kind of sad looking. Even clown seems to know it's hurt being gentle swimming and rubbing underneath if vs on the scare tissue. Well on here to ask is there any hope for it. I feed the camel shrimp to another sepia anemone it eat it whole. Cycle of life. Giving it another 12 hours, should I wait longer, what should I be on look out for. Scared it might release toxins in tank.

Here's a pic right now it's closed up, hopefully later when I get home it'll open up. Looks better his bubbles, are bigger. Looks like the anemone moved closer together they were on the opposite ends of rock.

He's still attached that's a good sign. In time I think hell recover.

Sounds encouraging, if it opens up will post another pic of damage.
