Thoughts on nem's current condition? Introduced into the tank on June 26th. I just noticed mouth gaping this morning and a bit delfated. Color is good. He otherwise had good color and inflated since day 1. Has not moved since it attached. It reacts slightly to touch as well.

Another nem introduced same day doing great. 12 others in the tank all doing fine.

Amonia, nitrates, nitrite, all untraceable.

Posting pictures of both of them.

Any ideas appreciated. I don't know if it's necessary yet but I'm close to getting a quarantine setup completed that I planned on using in the future anyway. I need to order just a couple more items for it which I'll probably do regardless just in case.

Not sure if it's worth mentioning but the tank is new but all rock and inhabitants transferred from a fully cycle tank.

1.5 years total. Biggest change was sand bottom to travertine tile bottom but tiles were cycled in back sump for several months prior. Tank is 25 gallon IM AIO lagoon.
Sounds like it's just getting acclimated. Nems also react to other nems near them so it could be a reaction to a "neighbor". It'll move if it doesn't like present company.
