Anemone got stuck to filter will moving spots

I cleaned my tank and my anemone moved in the middle of the night and got stuck to my filter now to tip of it tentacle look all shriveled up
And it hasn’t found a spot yet but it still moving

It'll be fine. You can help it out by getting a cup filled with sand to place it in or a crevice.

This looks like a brand new setup tank.

You're going to have to feed this guy if you want to live.

Led light doesn't really tell us anything about the light. These are not easy anemones to keep.

Anenome love light, they love bright light. Light that is so bright you can barely even look at it. Light that's so bright they can sustain SPS colonies. Is this your kind of LED light?

How long have you had it? It should attach to the tank bottom and not just float around for days
