Anemone grass type dying

I have a grass type Anemone dying it's upside down and it's been about a week and starting to shed it's skin can someone help I've left it alone put it on rocks and nothings working and it's only one the other one is thriving and growing.

If it’s dead pull it before it gives your tank problems. Run some fresh carbon if you remove it . Signs of I’ll or dead gaping mouth/ bit falling off it / unable to foot to surfaces / spell of death when you smell your tank water/
