help please! im super sad right now =( what can i do?

What are your water params, lighting? How old is the tank? Anemones can deflate and still be healthy. They prefer well established tanks, though, preferably at least 6 months old but better over a year.

my tank is about 9 months old and the day beofore i got this guy everything checks out well
and its under LED

Is it taking food? A gaping mouth is bad news. If its not gaping watch and see how it does overnight. I'm using the forum on my phone so it's very hard to tell from the photo but it doesn't look that bad to me.

yea the mouth is open and when i put some mysis in, it takes it but then few mins later it comes back out...

Only try to feed it when it's open and happy looking. Has it moved at all since you put it in the tank? How long did the guy/store/online vendor have it before you got it from them? It could be trying to adjust to the LEDs if it wasn't from a LED system. How big are your clown fish compared to the anemone?

thank you guys for the help! it have not yet move since i put it in my tank and i got it from my friend...i think he had it for 3 months (maybe). My black and white clown is like the a little smaller then the anemone. its night time and my lights are off now, hope its okay by the morning. ill take a picture tomorrow morning and show u guys over night.

From what I see it looks normal. It could be trying to find it's happy spot under new lighting. I'd only feed it after it looks happy and is not moving. I've got several in my tank and once they find a good spot they have stayed in place for a few years now. Best advice is just leave it alone. When they deflate they normally stay that way for no more than 3 hours. After that they perk back up. Looks healthy. Sometimes I'll see the mouth open on mine but it does not stay that way for long.
Here is a photo of what I call anemone island....

Yeah bud they are weird creatures but it defiantly fine I have 3 of them they all close and or deflate at different times and only feed it every couple days And just like someone said when he's happy and normal plus don't force feed to its mouth let the tentacles grab the food or you will just scare it.

Quick question hate to steal your threat but my btas tentacles aren't sticky so I kinda have to put the food right next to its mouth to feed it. Am I harming it?

If it wants it, the tentacles will grab it. If not don't force anything, you'll just end up stressing it.

I feed my anemones maybe once a month. It's possible that he does not like what your feeding. When I do feed I use krill.

Mine is finicky, likes shrimp and scallop but not any type of fish. I feed mine every 3-5 days, and a very small piece.
