Anemone help!!

I am hoping someone in here can help!
Got this about 2 weeks ago. Has been doing fine fully inflated. Woke up this morning to this. I don’t know what this is or what I am doing wrong. But someone please help me. Hopefully it’s not dying.

In order for people to help, we will need the water parameters, info on lighting and flow, how old is the tank, what other tank inhabitants, etc... a picture is great but we always need to know about the water and the tank system

Tank is about a month old.

Inhabits include:
4 clownfish
2 yellow golbys
1 royal gramma
5 emerald crabs
2 sexy dancer shrimp
Along with 3 live rocks as well as the anemone.

Fish are doing great along with everything else. The anemone however looks…not so healthy. Tank water is cloudy since this has happened.

Tank levels.

Saltity: 1.030
Kh: 80
Gh: 180
Ph 8.0
No2: 1
No3: 80

Tank temp also stays between 74-78

Tank lighting is the standard led that it came with. And water flow is low with also the addition to the air stone.

Unfortunately I believe it may already be dead. It looks like there's a bristle worm already starting to scavenge to the right of it.

Your tank is young for an anemone. Nems are much more sensitive to a new tank than most fish and inverts. I've tried it too. They look good for awhile until they don't.

That worm made it appearance because I just fed the fish. Which they get frozen food.

This is what it is looking like today…it is moving from one spot to the next.

Your Nitrates are pretty high for a anemone, fish can deal with that high but inverts are more sensitive.
Thats alllot of stock for a new tank how big is it ?
