Is this BTA dying or sick?

Less than a week in the new tank and introduced with a pair of clowns.

Started very full and moved around quite a bit.

Ended up moving behind a large rock and hinding all shriveled up under the bottom.

After 2 days of no movement, i relocated him to front of tank on rock hole.

Hiw do I nurse him back to health?
Lights on?
Blue lights?
Food?

that doesnt look good..

what are you water params at ??

you said new tank??

need to test for:

ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, salinity, temp.

bubble tips arent good in new tanks.. too unstable.

physically moving him around adds more stress to him..

did you acclimate him to the tank.. need details.

I should have been more specific... I apologize...

30 gallon
25lbs live rock
Cycled for 5 weeks no fish
Levels tested at lfs at week 4
* All good except...
* Ammonia was slightly high
* advised to add Bio-Spira
* levels tested following week, and all was good to go... 2 clowns and BTA added.
* drip drop acclimated for 2 hours

Here is video of current status... is it torn foot? Looks to be splitting in half...

it could be splitting from all the stress..

when you relocated him did you pull him off rock to dmg his foot?? if i must move a BTA, i usually massage the foot and point a power head at it..

i would just let him be.. dont move him anymore..

when u say your levels are "all good" what does that mean? if you post your actual test results it would help people better assist you. your tank seems very new for a nem. typically they say a mature stable tank of 6-12months for nems

Anemones do not do well in a new tank. They really need an established tank usually 6 months or more. They prefer a tank with nitrates, as they can use it as a food source.
Saying your numbers are good, means nothing. You need to know what they are and should track them. Ammonia and nitrite are toxic at levels measurable with hobby test kits. If you had ammonia a week ago I suspect you have nitrite now. What brand test kits is your LFS using? If just using test strips that is not going to give you the info you need.

WAAAYY too new of tank and that nem looks really bad, pull it, qt, or donate it to a mature tank if it even survives
