Anemone help

My red bubble tips have shriveled up to nothing. They still have great color but tiny. 4-5 months ago they were almost to the top of the tank!! They have been in my established tank for 6 years. What's going on? Water quality is the same as always, water changes are the same also.

They look really bleached but better photos will help. What lighting

They are bright pink. Tiny but almost fluorescent pink. Here is my light.

I had a metal halide 14,000 before this and first thought it was that. I changed it twice and they still stayed tiny. I'm lighting 12 hours a day.
