My anemone stopped opening for the past week! Any help because I think it going to die!

0 nitrate and 0 phosphate is bad. Try to get the nitrate to at least 5 and the phosphate up from anywhere between 0 and 0.1.

But anyways, as long as the anemone doesn't have its mouth gaping open or its foot not attacthing then its not dying. If you had any significant water chemistry changes or lighting changes then that could have stressed it out. Maybe the 0 nitrate and phosphate is causing it to do this?

I agree with the above, also anemones like established tanks how long has your tank been running?

Have had those values for quite some time... What changed is it moved to the very top and to feed and do water changes it stays out of water. But it did not bother to move again

Getting out of the water probably isn't making it happy. If that is happening frequently then I would imagine that it the problem. What light do you have? I would say that it isn't moving down due to needing more light but typically they stretch when they need more light (or are hungry). Maybe it isn't stretching because of it being stressed from getting out of water if that is the issue (which I am not anywhere near certain that it is).

And for the values, it is a recipe for dinos and pale and slow growing corals since they need nitrogen and phosphorus consistently available.

I never took this advice as there were no measured values I can define what an establsih tank on. I added my first carpet and rbta two months in and they have doubled in size a year later. For me it's all about stability.
