Anemone help

[Back where it all began]

Hi, I purchased a nice 3 inch wide green bubble tip from my lfs yesterday. I drip acclimated it and placed it on a nice semi shady area of rock with low flow. This morning I awake to find it stuck in one of my pump cages. I managed to salvage a sliver, like a pie slice, that still is green with no smell. It’s currently laying on the sand bottom.
Is there any hope, or should I put it out of its misery?

Do you have a photo? The majority of the body is already missing? Or it is deflated? I would put carbon in your filtration if this happened recently.

Just make sure it doesn’t start decaying

I personally would put it in a qt or a breeder box to get it outa dt

Do you have pics? Kind of hard to tell exactly what you are describing. If pieces of him got chopped up by the pump, we need to start doing some heavy water changes ASAP.
