It looks "ok". I'm more concerned with how new this tank looks.
I typically wouldn't add a nem to a newly established tank.

Ive had for just over 3 months. I came home from work and it looks smaller in size than it did yesterday. I got my water tested this past friday and they guy at the shop says the water was fine and to just keep up with my weekly water changes. He suggested that i turn my wave makers down or off and my lights down but i have 2 nicrew hyperreef 50s and anytime i try and set a schedule myself the kights come back on 30 minutes after the scheduled time at the end of the day. Could that b a problem? I dont want to out the $$ i paid for it..

Not sure. I've never reduced lighting when adding a new nem. Flow usually can be slowed for the nem to get a foothold, but it's going to travel all over the tank until it finds a spot it likes.
They will inflate/deflate for various reasons. From "pooping" to poor water, light or flow.
Are you feeding it? What PAR is it getting? What are you tank parameters? (Cal/Alk/PO4/Nitrates/etc)

I fed it brine shrimp yesterday and it looked like he was eating it. As for PAR i do not have anything to measure it with as of now

Nems do like to be in well established Reef tanks, You will want to make sure the ammo and nitrites are reading at 0. If you notice the mouth start to open up wide I would look to remove the Nem because if it dies it will pollute the tank.
