Just look for pink tips. If the tips are pink, it's usually a rainbow.
Sunburst and other high-end nems will usually have yellow tips. CSBs have yellow tips and a pinpoint of purple on the very tip.
You're never going to find a steal price on a sunburst. Not anymore. Even if they come in as wild BTAs, they've been filtered through a lot of people (collector, exporter, wholesaler, etc.) and they all know what is in demand these days.
