If it shows signs of more (worsening) bleaching, then move to lower light and keep on spot feeding until it can gain back its zooxanthellae.

good luck!

Hey guys sorry to bother you again, but the anemone isn't doing good. Yesterday she disatached and started swalling.
I tried to make it attached again with no flow during 3-4 hours but nothing happened.
During the night with minimum flow she went to my sand corals and I'm afraid she hurt them.
What do I do? Here is a video from Yesterday today she was swollen more in the area of the foot rather than tentacles
There is also a black thing over her as you can see in the videos

Should look something like this once it gets its color back. It’s an LTA or corkscrew.
if it wants lower light or different flow, it will move to its happy place. I would feed it reef raids, and stay away from solid foods until it gets some color back.

I would put him on the sand where there is bright light and not too much current and pile several small to medium rock on him. Be careful not to puncture him with sharp rock. He should attach to the rock the dig into the sand once he attach to the rock. Good luck with him.
