That look like a LTA to me but the marking on the tentacles are unusual. Does it have red foot?

No red foot. It has small white looking dots on the foot. We have a brown lta as well (so we were told ) and looks nothing like it

Then it is most likely a H. malu. Everything is c/w malu other than the length of the tentacles. Malu would have the rings on the tentacles, but normally has shorter tentacles. Malu also is a sand bed anemone.
Please keep us update on how he turn out over the next few months

Sometimes it will have a ‘bubble’on the end of a few tentacles. We have had him for over a year and has grown 3 times the size of first got him. I think this is what you were referring to?

Yes he has them. Mostly on the inner tentacles but not the outer. After searching for H. malu I did find some that look close to what we have. Thank you all for the help in Id him.

Clown fish are very different in there ways for sure. We have 2 snowflakes, 2 ocellaris, 2 yellow tail damsel, blue tang and blue green chromie all in same tank for 18 months or so with no problems. We come home from work and they all ganged up on one. Had to move him to our future Heteractis Magnifica tank.
