My zoa collection is growing, almost 10 diff types, successfully fragged a colony into smaller rocks with 2-8 polyps for experience. Also finally got a RBTA, love being able to purchase from fellow reefers. Fill their pockets so they can buy more stuff I can then go buy.

is this confirmed rainbow bubble tip? Can anyone tell?

Not sure if it’s a rainbow tip as it looks more like a rose tip to me. But names have gotten crazy. The main point is it is a healthy beautiful nem and I’m jealous. Looks like I had one when I started the hobby. They grow and split really well. I fed mine deboned silversides

It's a condy anemone (or the clownfish would be lunch). It looks like a rainbow bubbletip, yes (really nice anemone, btw).
Thank you both for the confirmation. I am happy with whatever it is!! The other rainbow anemone I had a few months back got shredded, so my wavemakers are now protected for Mr. Nem.

I still can't believe I found such a nice looking specimen. I can't wait to see what this guy does, the clowns immediately found it and the nem hosted them, they both fell asleep in it last night completely upside down.

Before I had the bubble tip, the clowns hosted in my neon green condy. They were not lunch, thank God, but now I don't have to worry about them becoming lunch in the future. The condy anemone is now back to being Mr. Lonely.

If it splits you will be the first two of whom I let know. I am not sure how well they ship but I am located in Indiana and have no problem with sending them out if you would cover the shipping cost. The 90 gallon tank I have seems to have room for only one huge anemone, I do want to have coral in here .. lol!

I meant to say "it's not a condy" anemone, sorry. It's a very nice-looking specimen!

White light pics of the disk and foot will help.

I always wonder, when you say "white light" pics is that with only the T5 bulbs that are "whitish" or with like a phone camera?

I only run LED's and T5's none of them have a white setting.

I'm about 90% sure it's rainbow, but also could be a rose tip.

ALSO HOW ABOUT THAT HOMEMADE FRAG RACK? Can i get a wut wut ??

I do have 10 different types of zoas now. I have reached double digits. Going to start planning my zoa garden

That frag rack is worth it’s weight in gold and then some!!!

When we say white we mean as white as possible for your lighting.
So for example;

This is relatively blue whereas the one below is relatively white.

I want to get the zoas to start growing on the egg crate and then I'll fill it with empty frags so they can attach and trade trade trade !!!!

I will have to play with this when I am home. It'd end up probably being the Reef Day + LED bar (very white), and probably the actinic & two blue T5 lights. Will post a 'white light' pic when I get home! Thank you. Maybe will try shining flash light on it. It did look very, very bubbly this morning. There were no 'bubbles' in the tentacles when it was introduced, but I know these things will do pretty much whatever they please at the moment. That is 2/3 of the fun of it for me :)

That also reminds me I was gonna get a second timer, have the LED's come on first for an hour and then the T5's afterward, and then T5's turn off an hour before the LED'S kind of like a poor-man's "sunrise/ sunset" feature.

Even just using a flashlight can work. Taking any pictures in blue lighting makes identification much harder.

Ya I always see the 'post pics under white light' on the newbies posts. I figured it was about time I posted correct pictures, I don't feel like a newbie around here anymore. I will try the flashlight trick. Going to be hard to get a picture of it's foot however, that sucker has found a nice little cutout and I don't think it'll ever move again.

That is an exceptional looking fish, I love it. Maybe one day I'll think about keeping one of my own, but for now I can appreciate others who have done it successfully!!
This guy is 2 years with me, thats a rather old photo however it’s definitely the best one I’ve gotten of him. I’m trying to get the fish in a similar position and compare it to then.

Not necessarily some condy may let a clown host. But I do agree that it is a bubble tip. Possible jolly rancher bta is
