Just got an anemone, is it bad to have one in a brand new tank? The rock is cycled and everything but the tank itself isn’t fully established yet.

They typically do best in a established mature system.

Black widow. Battling dinos, didn’t want to drop it in and lose it like that

Not fully established = dino's.

hate to sound preachy but maybe you should consider taking it back you wouldn't want it to die on you

I added anemone when I just finished my cycle.it's doing well I think not to kill on new tank= top of the game on water parameters, to thrive and expand = matured water needed.
