Anemone in overflow chamber

I have a 155g tank and one of my anemones has decided to crawl into the corner overflows and is sitting near the bottom. Any Ideas of how to get him out without taking apart my overflow pipes? Thanks for the help.

your best bet would be trying to get him to let go and catch him with a net. Try freezing a bottle, turn off your return pump, and put it in the overflow to cool him down and see if he releases.
