Anemone irritated?

Mouth has been like this for a couple days, Do I need to worry? Noticed some inverted arms like top of 1st pic. Not at home to give levels will do later.
Thoughts?

Mine have looked like that for a year, so I’d say you’re ok, but just monitor them
