Anemone is not doing so good. I need some advice

lot of mercury in tuna. like others have said lay off it.

salinity seems fine. i wouldnt fret over it.

the bleaching is of concern. that means the symbionts didnt like it's host for whatever reason and a possible expulsion occurred.

i would first look at temperature swings. you are housing the nem in a very small tank. and without temp controls in place, id believe swings would cause the symbionts to bail on it. (zooxanthellae, symbiodinium, dinos, etc)

i will just go out on a ledge here and say it is temp swings with poor feeding choices.

yup. that will definitely do it.

keep the temp stable or the clade of symbiodinium will bail.

you need something stable or it will eventually perish.
