Anemone issue?

Got my first anemone last month. Is this normal for his tentacles?

It’s interesting , mouth is closed all the way so that is a good sign but I see messentrial filaments coming from a side which could be a tear or it’s stressed from something , did it recently split? Also need to know parameters for truer advice

pH 8.0 KH 9 salinity 1.025 ammonia nitrite nitrate and phosphates 0
And no he hasn't split recently

How old is the tank and lighting?

also anemones / corals usually don’t like 0 nitrate 0 phosphate as they need it for food / growth
