Hello all

Joined few weeks ago, ive got my first marine tank very excited teading lots and learning lots.

So all levels ive been testing have been perfect no Ammonia spikes after the move.

Anemone are massive took a few days to open right up but now are extremely happy.

Super huge mushroom wuth one that has split. Maybe 15 fluffy mushroom which are all together on a rock.

Blue tang Bristol tooth tang pair of vlowns 1 is 14yrs old a gobby and lost a dartback on the move.

Anyway the big amazmemt is I have Anemone starting to gtow every where about the size of small finger nail and I must have atleast 6 growing.

Any tips etc what I should so hoing forward appreciated.

This? If they're babies congratulations!! Do nothing. They'll settle in on their own and grow. Either health or stress can cause division. Unless things start going south maybe your nem just wanted neighbors.

Sorry and yes the others are pests. Some cleaner/peppermint shrimp will eat them depending on what region they originate from. We only have one LFS in the Philly area that's reliable for those shrimp - if you want to get rid of the aptasias.

Yep they are thrones they are about the size of 4match heads..... Exciting the green thing beside it is only about 20mm in height and other tree like are about 5 mm

I've noticed white spider web substance on mushroom coral. So much conflicting info about what this is....any ideas?

That's awesome. Babies are fun to watch grow. I had a fourtenticle torch on the side of a drag plug that came in a shipment. Had no idea. Now it's huge and a couple heads. It's only been 7 months too.

Do you have a pic? Could just be slime and fish poop. Not sure what your flow is like but if your flow is low it might just be tangled on it and unable to be freed by the current.

FWIW the highest you can possibly get your flow and position things right to keep them happy the better. My stuff gets blasted and grows like weeds. There's a lot of new info on that also. Look up "photosynthesis flow alkalinity" in google and a link to a macna presentation from 2016 should come up.

My response imbedded in the quote. Sorry.

Also if there's lots of those snails that live in tubes on your rock it could be their saliva that was out capturing stuff that got blown off.

A pic would help.

Yeah. It's awesome!!! Be patient, consistent, and interested enough to immerse in the reliable literature and you'll not only succeed you flourish. It's not as hard as it seems.

You're a keeper of good consistent water, the reef makes itself.
